Your order counts as an offer to purchase goods from us.
Acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the order to you. Until we despatch the order, no contract will have been formed between us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know via email as soon possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched it may be possible to cancel the order before it is shipped.
If the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order until you have taken delivery, then returned the goods to us as described in our returns process.
In the case of special order or custom built products, an order cannot be cancelled once a special order has been placed on a supplier or customisation work has started.
We advise that you should not remove old grips, undertake or schedule any installation work before you have received & fully checked your order and you are completely satisfied.
Delivery times should be used as guide only, whilst we make every effort to make these accurate, as we used third party courier partners for delivery there may be issues affecting delivery times that are beyond our control.
Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays.
Saturday delivery is available subject to orders being placed before the cut-off times detailed on the Delivery & Returns section of the website..
Orders placed on Friday after the cut-off time on a Next Working Day service will be scheduled to arrive on Monday.
Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Working Day service will be scheduled to ship on Monday and to arrive on Tuesday.
If an upgraded delivery service is not met by the courier, then this entitles the customer to a refund of the difference between the paid for service and our Standard delivery charge.
Any special delivery instructions, requests or arrangements made to the courier, such as leaving packages with a neighbour or in a safe place are at the customer’s own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of goods with provided special delivery instructions by the customer to the courier.
If you believe that there are shortages in the number of goods contained in the packages or if any damage has occurred to the goods in transit, you must report these to us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right to request additional payment for shipments that incur unusually high costs. In these instances, the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team.
Deliveries that are in dispute or are under courier investigation can take up to 10 working days to be resolved, during this process no alternative products will be shipped or refunds can be authorised until the courier investigation have been completed.
The customer will be responsible for any further costs such as import duties and/or taxes. You should check with your local tax authority prior to placing an order if you are unsure of duties, taxes or limitations in your country.
It is important that you pay any duty or taxes as soon as they are requested by the courier. You will be liable for both outward & return shipping costs in the even duty & tax is unpaid when required or you refuse to accept delivery. Shipping & return costs we incur will be deducted from any refund due.
If we have paid duty and taxes on your behalf during import, these will be deducted from any refund if goods are returned.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items.
All goods must be returned in the same condition that they were in when despatched to you.
Special order & custom built products are excluded from our standard returns policy.
We can accept returns if the goods are unfitted, unused and still in original packaging/shrink wrap.
Please include the packing slip you received with your order so we can identify your return.
We strongly recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery (Royal Mail offer "signed for" services). We cannot accept responsibility for returned items until a member of our staff has signed for the goods. Please also ask for a Free Certificate of Postage.
Refunds are only processed through the original payment method that was selected upon placing the original order.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning goods.

Returns policies vary between manufacturers & suppliers. Manufacturers & suppliers reserve the right to inspect/review any faulty products.
Products that require inspection by the manufacturer/supplier may take additional time to resolve.

Measurements quoted may be approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will reasonably allow.
Please note there may be variations in colour accuracy dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens or prints.
We will make special offers available for as long as possible, however we reserve the right to withdraw offers or amend prices at any time.
If we discover an error in our pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price.
If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
We shall not be liable to You for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations hereunder which is due to causes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, government restrictions, fire or flood, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, acts of God, war or riots, actions or omissions of third parties.
